Where are my payouts Airbnb?? Superhost since 2015! 8 listings

I have not received a single payout since July 8th. I’m a superhost since 2015, I have 8 listings in 2 different countries and Airbnb stopped paying me. They don’t reply to my messages, and I call they can’t help me and say they are escalating the problem. I keep haunch guests checkin in and I don’t know when I will get paid! I need help! I have bills to pay. They are now holding over 8k with no explanation. I need HELP to get my payouts.

After asking my guests ( the ones I had not received payment from) to reach out to Airbnb, after sending emails to the CEO. After calling and messaging Airbnb over 10 times. I got my payout. They said it was a security issue. But I still don’t understand. This did not make sense to me and over $8k was being held by Airbnb for over 15 days. Hope this does not happen again.
