Would you try this unconventional accomodation idea?

Hello all!

I am thinking of starting an Airbnb but I would like to have my accommodation done a bit differently.

My thoughts on necessities would be:

- Very energy efficient

- Different look and something that excites people

- 30-40 m2 size

- Preferably modular or quickly installable.

- Isolated in the nature

It checks all my boxes but the question is - would this be appealing enough for you to book the night? And if so then how much would you value the nights stay - let's say in the Nordic and Baltic regions?

I am sure that this would appeal to some people. Personally, I find most of these rather dark, but I suppose if you were staying just for the night or planned to be out a lot during the day, it might not matter.
