Wrong Tax Jurisdiction

We are hosting in a county but outside the city limits but our guests are being charged City Lodging tax. Meanwhile, I owe the county a county tax according to county ordinance. Has anyone been successful in getting their tax jurisdiction fixed by AirBNB? I've submitted my tax assessment showing we are outside the city limits, the GIS maps from the county and city, and still I am just waiting for a response. Does anyone have any ideas for approaching AirBNB on this matter?
