home insurance on personal home with air bnb on property.

seems i can not change insurance because i have a air bnb  tree house on the same property as my house.

i have air bnb 's insurance, but the insurance company doesn't care. they will not write a policy because of the tree house.

what are people doing that have an air bnb in their own house? do they just not tell their insurance company that they are renting out rooms, basement, guest house? any input could help

yea,  i think i'm seeing that now, and because of it i can't change insurance on my house.
