host payment not received

Hi All,

I have not been paid for over 20 days , but whenever I called AIRBNB reps are saying its has been sent out to my bank. 

When I requested for Swift copy , MT03 form or ARN no ( wit this reference  my bank can trace it if they have sent) but they did not provided me and saying it's not available. 

What I can do in this case?

@Mohammad-Jahangir0 Did Airbnb support give you more information as to why you haven't received your payout? You can also check and ensure that all your payment information is correctly entered in your Airbnb account. Even a small error in bank account numbers, routing numbers, or PayPal account information can cause delays.

 

If initial support interactions have not resolved your issue, consider asking for your case to be escalated to a higher level or a specialized department within Airbnb. Hope this helps!
