monthly rate issues

Hi, I have had a couple of inquiries about renting for a month. The guests say they try to rent for a month and they get a price of $200 for the month. It should be around $3000+ to rent my place for a month. I can't figure out why they are getting this pricing or what I do to fix it? Please help - any advice is welcome.

You have no availability for 1 month bookings this year, but in next year i noticed the monthly discount is 23%. when choosing 30 nights booking, which shows approx. 2850,- a month . I think the guest are mistaken or scamming yo. BTW if they make an inquiry, they should select the proper dates for the monthly stay.
