occupancy/lodging taxes

Airbnb is charging my guest Occupancy/Lodging taxes. Our property is not located in a municipality that charges occupancy/lodging taxes. I've sent Airbnb the documentation that they requested to prove this. Supposedly, Airbnb is sending the collected taxes to an adjacent municipality.  Because of Airbnb's  practice of sending municipalities lump sums with no identity information of which properties are associated with what dollars amounts, it is difficult to figure out where the  monies is being collected are from. I asked that they stop the practice and refund our guests. I brought this to their attention months ago.  What can I do to ensure that Airbnb stops this illegal practice?
