short term rental license -baltimore

Hello Everyone, I have a Airbnb in downtown Baltimore and I am having a hard time obtaining a short-term rental license. I did pay $200.00 on the City of Baltimore's website a month ago. Any advise or help will be greatly appreciated!

I see you posted some time ago but just wanted to reach out and see if you found the information on how to get the short-term rental license?

Hi Breanna, thanks for reaching out to me. I followed all instructions on how to get a short term rental license in Baltimore City and paid $200 twice and the representative at MD department of Housing said that apartments can’t get a short term rental license but they are dozens of apartments on Airbnb with a short term rental license. The rep stated that you must own a property to get a license.

Have obtained your license yet? I applied for a short term rental license last 3 week and I haven't heard from them since then. I called them every day with no answer.
