starting a company

Hello,
I am considering starting a company, like a LTD, for my airbnb hosting, maybe even several.
That company would rather offer co-hosting services or maybe hold some properties in its account - not sure yet.
For obvious reason I'd keep holding (some of) my property/ies outside that company account.
I'd need some advise. Who can help me?

Since it has been a while you posted, did you manage to get more information about your question or if there is any progress in this direction?
