wrong payment

It is very irritating how Airbnb chase you hard for being a super host with all these rules and guests satisfaction  while they simply fail to admit a mistake related to payment wiring .

 

Airbnb have wrongly transferred the payout to a different account number and yet fail to admit or resolve it after 5 days of rigorous requests and calls .

 

ANY HELP please .
