Guest photo

I accepted a guest request to book. There is still no photo showing up on their profile. Can you please check this out and let me know:

Guest: John Siergiej

Date: 9/13-9/16

It seems odd.

@Marsha181  This is a discussion forum for hosts and guests, not customer service.

Guests are not required by Airbnb to post a face photo. If you wish to require this, you need to state it in your ad, and you can message the guest and ask them to do so.

@Marsha181  you can set mandatory profile photos in "booking requirements" so guests without a photo will not be able to book instantly but they will still be able to send you a booking request.  Note that they can use any photo as a profile photo, their cat, the flower...  but you can ask them to change it
