One property with multiple dwellings

I am new to AirBnB and have an owner occupied property that has multiple separate dwellings that I wish to list for short term rental. I’m in Nashville and am having difficulty finding information as to the limit of short term rental units a person can have on a single parcel. Does anyone know this answer or can point me in the right direction to find out?
