Rule sets and fixed prices

Hello, I am finding the rule-sets and pricing settings to be very inflexible and inconvenient. Is it possible to create rule-sets with fixed pricing rather than just using percentage increases or decreases?

I would like to have higher (but fixed) prices in the high season. I would like to have lower prices in other seasons but also be able to have higher rates on weekends as opposed to weekdays. I have to say I find pricing settings on other rental accommodation sites to be much easier and better. Seems odd since Airbnb is presumably a big player in that market.

Hoping that someone can assist,

thanks.

Leave it blank. It is the same as 0% increase/decrease.

Selecting a time period on the calender and then set the fixed price will also do the job.

Yes that's what I've done before...using a rule-set would be much easier. I activated the 'pro' mode, so scrolling through the calendar dates in that mode is very painful. It would be easier if I could view it in a 'calendar' mode rather than in a long strip of dates. (if you have that mode enabled you'll know what I mean). Thanks
