Promotion not working

TWO Problems: (and I can only get the French page for some reason)

1. I am running two promotions in June for orphan days. I've only received around 32 views on each of these promos.  I have not booked any days.  The last promo I did (in May) did fill up the dates but received 233 views. So I am giving up 20% but not getting the push for views.

2. I am trying to add a promotion to August. When I try to choose the dates they are all greyed out. This time last year I was sold out 90 days in advance. Things have slowed for me significantly since the update.  I feel like I am one of the top producers in the area and I have minimal claims. Zero cancellations. Five star rating. I should be up higher in the searches. Here is my listing.

Hi @Page33

Date availability for custom promotions is decided by Airbnb. This is why the dates are greyed out on your calendar. See help article below:

Why Can't I Set a Custom Promotion?

If the dates are not available for a custom promotion, you can always just reduce your prices manually. By reducing your prices, you should show higher in search results as price is a key factor in the Airbnb search algorithm.

Min Night Stay

Another thing to consider is your 7-night minimum. This could also be hurting you in search results. The less availability you have the lower you will appear in search results. Additionally, if a guest is searching for less than a 7 night stay, your property will not even appear and subsequently less bookings. You might consider lowering your min stay to 4-5 nights; especially as the season winds down.
