Pblicacion de anuncios de anfitrion

Hola a todos.

Yo estoy en Airbnb como huesped desde el 2015. Con excepcion de una mala experiencia con un anfitrion en la Ciudad de Mexico, mi experiencia como huesped con diversos anfitriones has sido maravillosa. Siempre habia pensado en Airbnb como una comunidad para crecer como ser humano a traves de compartir el lugar que habitamos con una gran diversidad de personas y con esta actitud aprender de otras cultiras con mucha empatia y respeto. El 16 de julio aparecio en mi perfil una habitacion y un apartamento para ofrecer hospedaje en Genova, Italia. Algo que es muy comun en Airbnb, excpeto que yo no publique el anuncio y no poseo ninguna propiedad en Genova, ni en  ningun lugar de Italia. Alguien al otro lado del mundo hackeo mi cuenta de Airbnb. Supe que esto esata sucediendo porque comence a recibir docenas de mensajes en mi telefono mobil aceptando reservaciones en un lugar que jamas he visitado ni tampoco poseo una habitacion ni un apartamento. Cambie mi password e intente desactivar el anuncio, pero no logre hacerlo porque tenia reservaciones pendientes y cargos pendientes por las reservaciones.  Un jugoso negocio: 55€ por un lugar para dormir que probablemente no existe y no se ese dinero a donde va a parar. Despues de varios mensajes y llamadas logre cancelar las reservaciones pendientes y enviar un mensaje a cada uno de los huespedes que habian caido en esta trampa para prevenir mas desastres. Finalmente cuando todas las resevaciones fueron canceladas, mas de una docena en dos propiedades, logre desactivar la bomba y borrar los anuncios. He recibido muchos mensajes de Airbnb piediendo disculpas y diciendo que seran gentiles conmigo y no me haran cargos por las cancelaciones. Vaya que son muy generosos. Lo que no he recibido hasta ahora, es una explicacion sensata de porque y como sucedio todo este desastre en mi perfil de Airbnb. Todavia no entiendo que sucedio y porque nadie tiene el valor de dar la cara para dar una explicacion. Estoy my decepcionada de Airbnb y solo veo ahora una plataforma ganando mucho dinero sin importarle que es lo que sucede con la gente que quiere viajar, conocer otros lugares y creer que compartir un lugar con alguine mas es crear una mejor humanidad.  Es una vergüenza lo que sucede en Airbnb.

Hello everyone.

I'vs been a guest on Airbnb platform 2015. My experience as a guest with various hosts has been wonderful, except for one host in Mexico City some years ago. I had always thought of Airbnb as a community to grow as a human being through sharing the place we inhabit with a great diversity of people and with this attitude, learn from other cultures with a lot of empathy and respect. On July 16, a room and an apartment appeared on my profile to offer accommodation in Geneva, Italy. Something that is very common in Airbnb, except that I did not publish the ad and I do not own any property in Geneva, nor anywhere in Italy. Someone on the other side of the world hacked into my Airbnb account. I knew this was happening because I started receiving dozens of messages on my mobile phone accepting reservations in a place that I have never visited nor do I have a room or an apartment. I changed my password and tried to disable the ad, but I couldn't do it because I had pending reservations and pending charges for the reservations. A lucrative deal: €55 for a place to sleep that probably doesn't exist and I don't know where that money went. After several messages and calls to Airbnb, I was able to cancel the pending reservations and send a message to each of the guests who had fallen into this trap to prevent further disasters. Finally, when all the reservations were cancelled, more than a dozen in two properties, I was able to defuse the bomb and delete the ads. I have received many messages from Airbnb apologizing and saying that they will be kind to me and that won't charge me for cancellations. Wow, they are very generous! What I have not received so far, is a sensible explanation of why and how all this mess happened on my Airbnb profile. I still don't understand what happened and why no one has the courage to show their faces to give an explanation. I am very disappointed of Airbnb and now I only see a platform earning a lot of money without caring about what happen to people who want to travel, get to know other places and believe that sharing a place with someone else is creating a better humanity. It's a shame what happens at Airbnb.
