AC unit control for guest that are renting a one-bedroom and have no access to ac control

My question is I’m listing my guestroom that has its own full bath and private entrance. The guess do not have access to the house so they cannot control the AC. How do i deal with that? On my listing do I state that the temperature of the room will stay around 72-74. Or on the listing do i say that they can ask for their temperature request? I have a NEST so is there a way to let the guess have access to it on the app as a guest?

@Maximo34 My guests do not have access to the thermostat. Since my HVAC system is 3 zones, I tell them on check-in to please keep me apprised if they get too warm or too cold, and I’d be more than happy to adjust. However, if you have only 1 zone, I don’t know. If 72-74 is comfortable enough for you, will that be comfortable enough for guest, especially during the summer months in AZ.

Also, I suggest not giving guest access. You could end up having an extremely large bill unless you can control minimum/maximum temperature on the Nest.

Thank you for the reply! the NEST does allow me to set limits on high/low so that might just be my only option. But I can always asked them as I can control the nest from anywhere I am with my phone.
