Hello @Harold260 be competitive with your pricing. Also, if you want, add your listing, we can maybe advise you on things you can show more.

Beautiful condo.

Some suggestions, every where is nicely set to fit six except your living room furniture.  From your reviews a lot were with children, so children are more flexible haha even some big pillows to sit oon the floor and enjoy a movie.

Overall Review is great it is little dings on Review Categories you need to watch.  Usually just a ad change or addition to set correct expectations,

I would not put anything in your as about future guests.  Potential guests are focused on their vacation.

Use an Airbnb Custom Discount to increase traffic.  A 20% discount Airbnb will market listing.  You can discount 3 days that doesn't limit guest from renting 5 days just only 3 days discounted and 2 days normal price.

Especially almost season include beach pictures to entice.

A lot of families highlight beach towels. beach blanket maybe a portable cooler and some inexpensive sand pails && shovels.

Hi Harold260,

You have a very nice place. I would suggest hiring a real estate photographer that can brighten your photos and make them stand out. You could also add artwork in the rooms at bring more color in the space and make it pop. I would also add some photos of the sights nearby. Cool restaurants, cafes, parks and the beach highlighting what your place has available. Best of luck!
