Critique my Listing - Elizabeth in Snohomish, Washington

I have been a host since 2023. We have a STR in Chelan, WA and a MTR in Avondale, AZ. I am looking to have someone help me improve my listings! My occupancy has been pretty good over the time I have hosted (I used to have Evolve manage my Chelan condo) but things have kind of calmed down lately. I am a superhost and have great ratings but would like to get a little more attention and reservations further down the road. Our home in AZ is open for the summer so looking to draw some attention to this MTR. I have attached photos and links of both my condo and home. Does anyone have time to look over my listings and provide me with feedback?

Additionally, I am going to start managing another condo, in Chelan, that belongs to a friend of my mom's. Your feedback will not only help my business but my ability to host well. Thank you for your time and investment!

Your minimum stay seems to have increased recently im AZ.  None of the reviews are 30 day stays.

I know a lot of Hosts are dealing with community guidelines getting stricter but what is your market then?

^ people for a 30 day stay somewhere has a reason, and hat makes your property a plus to that reason? 

Are you near a hospital or university?  A group of nursing contactos or family staying because someone being treated?  Define what you imagine your perfect Guest, then depending we can give ideas.  Look around on the internet, other listings maybe you will find an idea you hasn't even thought of elsewhere.  My rentals target contract workers in AZ  MY biggest actively comes from solar contracts and the Nuclear Plant has to do special testing regularly a few times every year.  You never know.

The only guest who didn’t stay for at least 30 days was Audra. The rest were mid-term renters. We’ve had mostly 30- to 90-day stays, but a few friends stayed shorter. Our target audience includes professionals, spring training attendees, solar plant workers, and insurance placements. Are you suggesting I include a description of my ideal guest in the listing? I’d love to reach out to the traveling nurses’ target market or, like you, attract more solar contracts. Do you have any suggestions on how to connect with those types of renters?
