Critique my listing...Jennifer from Georgia....I wasn't sure how to list this since it's the entire first floor of my house.  Separate entrance and everything.  I wanted to make sure it would come up when people search entire home.  Because it is a really an entire home with another entire home on top.  https://airbnb.com/h/lakehartwelldocksidedream

I also haven't had any views and family and friends have searched.  Not sure why.

@Jennifer3087 I think you need to list it as a private suite and make that part of your listing title - Private suite, entire first floor, otherwise you will get guests assuming they have the whole house.

And you need to describe the situation better in the beginning of your description. "This is a host-occupied property. We live in the upstairs unit and guests have the entire first floor with private entrance. So we are quickly able to attend to any issues or answer your questions, but we fully respect our guests privacy."

Something like that.
