I'm trying to figure out why my property shows 3 different daily rates depending on the screen.
I ran a search for 5 guests on specific dates.

@Lenore22 I was wondering if you searched for different dates; the obvious answer being "Smart Pricing" is on and active.
Deepening the mystery - Cheers, Charles
A search for different dates yeilded 3 different prices again:

โi set my prices manually. And don't see that smart pricing has switched on. It looks like if you actually go to book, my real rate is charged. As a guest, I would be irritated to see the price changing on every screen.
@Lenore22 Do some of these include the cleaning fee amortised over the number of nights?
No- I don't think so. If the cleaning fee ($100) was split between 3 nights, actual nightly charge ($174+33) would go to $207. Those are listed separately in the breakdown. Interestingly, my neighbor's house is similar: listed around $140 and if you go to book, the actual rate per night shows up as $163. It's just odd and it feels like it artificially makes the listings on the map seem wildly different. Really, my neighbor & I only charge about $10 difference, but the current map lists us with a $70 difference!
@Lenore22 Did you click through to see the price breakdowns? I'm not sure the hive can help without more info. ๐
So of course this time I log all the way out, and it's super consistent... But the inconsistency happens very often. ๐คทโโ๏ธ

Ok- what it did to my emoji there was super weird. I posted a shrugging lady, so it posted a shrugging guy and then a femme symbol. Not quite the emphasis I would have put. ๐
I may have figured out 1 difference. The search for 5 people showed $199. That was including an extra guest fee. It still doesn't explain the $155 price in that same search. And I have no idea where $166 and $191 came from.

Exactly. So that part of the mystery is solved. The only thing I can think of for all the other prices is that it was in some error state... Which is no help at all.
