Description editing

Trying to edit /update my description Of my listing. It said I was over the 500 word limit but when I try and shorten  it to 390, the save button is still shadowed and won’t let me do anything. How do I fix this? Have tried on computer as well and nothing

Is there information in the text which is not allowed (email, phonenr, URL) ?

(it is mostly displayed as a warning in red below the textbox)

If not maybe try:

Copy/Save the text to clipboard and/or a plain textfile

Quit editing the listing

Log out/ log in again

Start editing again and paste saved text.

The remaining character counter must be zero or higher.

I tried in one of my listings, as soon it is zero or higher, the save button becomes active again !
