Sauna filter

Does anyone have a sauna indoor or outdoor and has it been popular with guests?  We are thinking of putting one outside next to the outdoor shower.  Has a filter for Saunas been added yet?  I should look., lol.  On another note are school bus rental for a unique space had good results?
