Airbnb trys to make this change like an easy wash. But what is really happening is hosts will be responsible for all fees and we must raise prices to account for it. I suppose that will help airbnb advertise to travelers as : "no fees!"! What happens wh...

We have a lot of bookings after the Sept 15th update deadline (many well into 2027). Does anyone know if those payouts will be calculated according to the terms at the time of booking or will airbnb be taking out 15.5% from those as well? Thanks Latest reply by Shelley159
