Hosting multiple rooms in a motel complex

Hi,

I am enquiring on behalf of several owners in a strata title motel complex. Our previous operator arrangement has cease and we are having problems attracting a new one due to one particular owner who holds multiple rooms not wanting to enter a new arrangement. 

Is it possible to include several rooms (between 20 to 30) in pool arrangement on AirBnB managed by a single AirBnB manager where the income is shared by all owners regardless of which rooms are occupied?

@Garry126 yes I think it is. your manager would need 20-30 listings under 1 account and then just aggregate the rents and pay a 20th/30th to each room owner. It might be better if the manager could issue taxable income statements to each owner or there could be tax issues.
