How do you stay organized with multiple properties?
It's a bit of a challenge to keep track of expenses, maintenance, guest feedback etc... How do you guys stay on top of it? A friend of mine with a few properties uses an AI WhatsApp contact that logs all his activities. Anyone else has a tool in mind to stay organized? Thanks in advance, Andre

Dear Helen, I'm not a host, but a few hosts are clients of mine and have discussed the challenges they're facing with me. So I was asking the question in a way that feels engaging to a community which I am a part of, as I work to solve the challenges you're facing. I'm sorry if you picked it up as "exclusive" when it was meant to be engaging. I was simply opening the floor for discussion around challenges and tools used by hosts, as I work to solve these.

Hi @Andre18122,
Welcome to the community!
Could you tell us a bit more about which challenges you're encountering? Is it more related to communication, scheduling, expenses, or something else, for example?
In the meantime, you might find the following conversations handy:
Looking forward to hearing from you 🙂

Thanks Emilie, as I've mentioned I have a few hosts who are clients of mine and request for solutions to solve challenges like manual recording of expense receipts, maintenance issues, tracking what happens per property with regards to the aforementioned. So opening the floor for insights from the community to get a better understanding of how hosts engage with their workflows. Thank you for sharing the links to the relevant conversations.

@Andre18122 I use Excel and have a master spreadsheet format to track expenses and income per property. It is detailed, but fairly easy to maintain if attended to on a daily basis.

Thanks so much for the insights Lorna. I'm glad to hear your financial system is not too much of hassle to work with. Are there other priorities that you also keep record of such guest feedback or maintenance issues? And is Excel your tool of choice for these?

If you do a quick Google search you will find lots of STR property manage software options for your clients @André1943
You wrote your opening post as if you were a host in the first person hence the confusion.
