How to change the Account Owner/Host for our Listings

I have been the host for my wife and my Listings for the last 5 years.  Due to my age, I'd like to make her the primary Host.  Can our Listings be migrated to her account?

@Mike2509  No, listings are non-transferrable. 

But you could change the name on your account to Mike and (wife's  name) and take a new profile photo showing both of you.

@Mike2509 you can make your wife a co-host, and then designate her as the primary host. What you cannot do is remove yourself from the account and make her the listing owner.
