Individual phone numbers for individual listings

I have multiple listings under my account. I take care of 3 of them whereas I have someone else taking care of the remaining ones.

I want my number as the primary only for my 3 listings and his number as the primary for the listings he is taking care of.

Is it possible to add different primary numbers for different listings? Currently as I see it, phone numbers are only account based and not listing based. Since all my listings are under 1 account, there is only 1 primary number.

Please confirm this for me if I can add different primary number for different listings.

As you already  mentioned: a phone number is connected to an account, not to a listing. It is also a verification tool. It is not the same as like payout methods (which can be routed to listings)

If the other person has the "co-host" status, may his phonenumber can be used for those listings ?

(never used/been a co-host, so somebody else here maybe can answer)
