Is September a bad month to rent in Las Vegas?

I have had no rental applications in Las Vegas for the entire month of September. My question is if September is a month of low application or a month of low application.

Have you looked at supply and demand in your location @Arturo265

Airdna or similar software can be useful. Also you could ask on your local Airbnb host group on FB .
