Loss of superheat status

Frustrated that I had a guest leave a bad review because they got caught using drugs in my property and had to pay extra cleaning fees. After a huge argument with air bnb and grueling emails back and forth to have my home remediated I have now lost my superheat status which gets me less attention. Is there any way to fix this or is it just another fight with air bnb ?

Have you tried to get the review removed as part of the retaliatory review policy @Laura8142
