Hello.  Get ready for a fun and exciting journey.

When it comes to services and amenities offered the Host decides usually based on the typical market renting your offering,  At the minimum the Host is expected to provide a clean offering to the Guest.   Then things like is my normal Guest a 3 day rental or a 3 month rental makes as a Host diferente cleaning decisions.  Length of stay is considered for Guests washing linens and their personal laundry.

Hi @Sunil131  Thanks @Elisa

I don’t provide property management services directly as I do it on my own. You can either hire a local cleaning company, employ a caretaker, or use on-demand housekeeping services.

Search for professional cleaners in Titwala or nearby towns who can handle turnovers. You can set up a fixed schedule or an on-call arrangement.

If your farmhouse is remote, hiring a caretaker who can also handle basic maintenance might be more efficient.

We provide washer in the property, If you don’t have a washing machine, find a nearby laundry service for bedding and towels.

Our cleaning checklist

Change and wash all bedding and towels.

Clean and disinfect bathrooms.

Sweep/vacuum, mop, and dust all areas.

Refill toiletries and supplies.

Inspect for damages and report issues.

Manage your guest expectations.

Mention in your listing that cleaning is done before check-in and after check-out. Decide if you’ll offer extra cleaning during long stays (for free or for a fee). Provide clear instructions on trash disposal and keeping the place tidy. Set up a routine maintenance schedule for appliances and utilities.
