I searched specifically for Lee University, 4 guests, and only found you on page 7. It seems that at the moment the problem with your bookings is the search ranking.
The cause of that is more difficult to know. It's safe to say it's definitely not your reviews, which are excellent. You also seem to have free cancellation, and I don't see any restrictions regarding trip length and check-in days. You seem to be doing everything right. Unfortunately, this probably means you'll have to lower the price to get the ranking back up (hopefully, once bookings are rolling again with recent reviews, things will get a little bit easier).
Try setting a custom promotion and use private mode to search for your listing at different levels of discount for the promoted dates. That should quickly show you how it moves in response to price changes. Also check your insights page to see whether there are any suggestions. If it asks for professional photos next to your photo tour (which it seems to be doing for many listings at the moment), take some new photos until the flag goes away. You can also make any other changes that will register as activity/updates to your listing.
But the algorithm may mostly be looking for a discount ...
