Planning our first BandB rental in September

My husband and I are retired and want to AirBandB our newly renovated 2 bed terraced house in London for three months starting in September. 
would  be great to start a conversation with anyone in the SE25 area?

@Wendy1757 I'm not in SE25 but have you considered

1) The effect on your house insurance - most will not allow Airbnbs

2) The need for a fire risk assessment and, if following government guidelines, the need for linked smoke/heat detectors in most rooms and hallways?

3) The effect on capital gains tax when you come to sell?

I assume you have no mortgage but if you do you'll need their permission as well.

In London you can do STR for up to 90 days. As @Mike-And-Jane0 says there are a number of regulations you need to comply with . And you need STR home insurance .

You can look at websites like Airdna to get an idea of supply and demand (London is an increasingly over saturated market)
