Room reservation and not the whole house

I have a problem with renting a house with four rooms, each for rent. how to define each room to be separately reserved

@Slobodan29 you need 4 listings and don't link their calendars. Alternatively have five listings:  a whole home listing and 4 single room listings and then link the single room listings to the whole house listing so they can't be double booked.
