I'm after a spot of advice about the saved/automated messaging that Airbnb offer.
I am wanting to automate the messaging to streamline our bookings but we have multiple property listings on one account.
If someone makes a reservation for "Property A" then I can set up the automated messaging to send the relevant information to them.
However if someone makes a reservation for "Property B" is it possible to set up an automated message for that property so they get information for "Property B" even though both properties are on the same account?
As there isn't a way to test the system I have nightmares about someone booking a property and getting completely the wrong information sent to them!
Has anyone done/tried the same and does it work?
