Hi there.
I used to be a SuperHost in France. I moved to the US for a year. While in the US I used AirBnb solely as a traveler. Now I’m back in France and I have created a listing. My app is still in US English. I’m being prompted to enter US tax information I don’t have.
How can I fix this to be 100% on a French account?
Thank you!
Julien
Hi @Julien823 ,
I think you need to change your residency settings as a host and update your address and bank information.
you have to go into your settings for this.
this should fix it.
Hi @Donata12,
Thanks. That was already done. My address, bank info, is in France but I cannot change my tax I do to France not the language of the app. It keeps on looping back to English 😞
Please advise. I’m continuously being prompted to enter my US tax info I don’t have.
thank you!
Are you trying on the computer as well? There is a much bigger menu with different options there. It also has to do with your home address. Try on the website! I am out now but if you still haven’t been able to let me know I will try to go on the web. I hav 3 listings in 2 different countries and tax options
are available for the different listings.
