@Cathy1199 Stay in your own Airbnb for a few days, cook some meals, use all of your amenities, and make sure everything is operational and ready to use exactly how you'd want to find it in someone else's place. Also, make your guests feel special in whatever creative ways you can: candy and flowers to greet them, a few snacks, a GREAT guidebook that helps them get around and enjoy the area.
