missing photos

Hi, Im new to the Airbnb community and need a little help. I paid you guys $200 plus for some photos of my home and it has now passed the deadline of when I should have received them. Can you help me with finding them, please? I have reached out to the photographer but she said she has done her job and It's now Airbnb's issue.

Please let me know if you can help.
