noise

I would like to place a noise level monitor in my unit to be on top of parties potentially occurring.  Does anyone have any noise level monitors to recommend.

Airbnb recommend one "Minut" I f you do install one make sure you disclose it, 

Personally I dont see the point of paying a monthly fee to them,
