Pass ID for planning schedule at airbnb open

Hello

today I started planning my schedule for the airbnb open in Los Angeles. Therefor you have to agree that your picture and profile is published, so I tried to continue but than I get this message that my pass ID is incorrect. I tried on my mobile phone and on the computer but both gave the same message.

Can someone help me and explain what is going wrong and what can I do to be able to start and make plans! Thank you !
