Wristband fails to upload

Hi.

 

My husband and I have just had a GREAT TIME in LA at the Airbnb Open! 🙂 However, we have had some problems with one of our wristbands.

 

We have a shared AirBnB account (Grete & Trond), but Trond do also has his own account. We registered for AirBnB Open with our shared account, and it seems like our wristbands are on this account. Trond has got a lot of friends through his wristband and it worked fine, but now when we log on to airbnbopen.com, we can only see my contacts and not his. We tried logging in with his separate account, but this does not work since it was not registered for the conference.

 

We connected with some great people that we would like to get in touch with as soon as possible while we are still in USA, so it is a little urgent! Any ideas about how to access his contacts, or how to approach AirBnB about this issue? Can we force-sync his wristband in some way?

I had the same problem, because there were 2 of us but only 1 account had the contacts synced. I emailed open@airbnb.com, but haven't heard back from them. Please let me know if you have any updates as well. Thank you!

Yes I want to download my contacts from my wristband. I enjoyed meeting them all and would like to have their details for exchange of info for when I next travel and for references for them etc.

I hope this information has not been deleted.

The wristbands were brilliant technology and the follow through is what it is all about.
