2024 will be our third year as host, the experience in these first two years has been fantastic, I never imagined that I would like AIR BNB so much. Everything has worked wonderfully, except for a family incident in which we had to cancel 1 reservation for a guest, which penalized us and caused us to lose the Super Host rating. I think that to recover that rating again there is only one criterion that has to do with the number of reservations, without taking into account the length of nights they have. Perhaps it would be equally demanding to take into account the number of nights booked successfully, since a reservation of 50 days counts 10 times less than 10 reservations of 5 days. In any case, we continue working hard to achieve the maximum satisfaction of our Guests, although it is a little discouraging to know that at least in two years we will not be SuperHost again, no matter how well we do it, day by day.
