Hi community! I do believe You know some times you have feelings that some Airbnb support specialist do not have enough trainings?
Unfortenatelly Its my case......
I report to Safety team that one of my guest have fake complaining about Gas smell inside apartement to me (basically guest is looking to reason to have full refund )
- we know that is not true because building have Only electric line but NO one have gas cooking plates.
So they suspend my account and told me that is investigation on me?? OMG.... I understand safety first...
but suspending account of me... loyal customer who is 10+ years with Airbnb.....
deeply hurts by their unfair decision. They not done proper checking pictures of my listening. We don not have any gas cooking devices.
Any idea what to do next? I am loosing revenue... also cant book anithing on Airbnb
