Airbnb Just changed my listing settings

Hello Everyone!

just wanted to let you know I've been hosting on Airbnb almost 8 years. And I'm sure all my listings are not pet friendly which means pets are not allowed to stay in my listings and after 8 years I am sure I had disabled pets stays in my listings. So Today I checked all my 30 listings that pets stay was enabled and strangely I got to cancellation request within an hour today both want to cancel their trip due to their pets cannot stay in my apartment units. Just want to let you know double check your listing this can happen by Airbnb app bug or even trying to scamming hosts. And I informed airbnb about it they said you listing is pet friend and if you cancel you must pay penalties! So new trick for them and the guests! 

I wonder how they fool hosts after such long time working with them! 
there is nobody to make a report and check their system issues! And confidential informed it's my problem. 

Please Please be careful and don't let this happen to you. 
also customer service support team quality dropped a lot. They don't have enough knowledge to support hosts.
