Airbnb Permit

I waited for months for the city of LA to renew my hosting permit. When they finally respond, they just issued me a new permit instead of updating it.

Now the Airbnb support person I’ve been working is telling me to hey have to wait until the city approves the old permit. The old permit number is inactive and there will be no update coming. 

I’m not sure if they don’t understand the situation entirely. Airbnb support has been horrible the last year or so. 

does anyone have advice on who to contact or any actions I can take?

Hi @Kristofer13 , what does the renewal process for the license usually look like? Did you get to know why the city issued a brand new permit instead of updating the existing one? 

Have you heard back from the Support team, if there’s a resolution for such situations?

How are you thinking to navigating through this issue?
