Airbnb service fee

Hi everyone,

I am new to Airbnb and realised there is a service fee for guests on my listing but it's not everyones listings.

How can I remove it?

Any information is helpful.

There are 2 service fee options available. Your guests pay part of the fee because you're using the split fee:
