Airbnb shadow banning me?

I recently created a business account on the platform. I have been waiting to use it. I uploaded my first listing about a month ago. We got 3 bookings.. then radio silence. Last week I created 4 more listings to publish. When i went to hit publish a message came up. It read:

 

This account must be confirmed by the host before it can publish listings. If you are the host, please check your email for a confirmation link.

 

I checked my email and found an email saying I needed to click below to verify my account. When I did that, it told me the link was expired. 

 

I called Customer Support. They told me to remove my ID and upload it again. I did that. It did nothing. 

 

I tried it again a few hours later. 

 

Then I realized that I had published the listing with my company logo as the profile pic. This has been something that many of the businesses in my network have done and they didn't seem to have any issue... but  I changed it to a pic of myself. Deleted the ID and uploaded again. 

 

I contacted Customer Support again and they said they would pass on to the tech team. I have been waiting 3 days and no updates. Customer Support says no updates and no time frame. I'm not sure what to do here... Any suggestions?? Anyone experience this? Have any solutions? 

 

I am fearful that this will just go on forever... with no answers... I have 4 hosts expecting their listings to be published a few days ago that I now have to inform of this nightmare.
