adding a new house listing to an already listed older house at the same address. How do I keep them separate on Airbnb?

adding a new house listing to an already listed older house at the same address. How do I keep them separate on Airbnb?

I have a ranch with one cabin on it that does very well. I recently built another house on the same large property but on a different road and other side of ranch. They both have the same address and gate to use. I can put signs up to keep guests separate. But trying to figure out how to list them so Airbnb does not run them together. Has anyone else tried this? I also want to put rules in place to not hike or approach the separate houses. If you want to look at or critique the current listing, go to Ranch Retreat, Comfort, TX USA. Thank you! Valerie

I'm not sure there is a way around this if both listings have the same legal address. Airbnb will show the map "bubbles" stacked on top of each other.

Move The Map Pin

What you can try, when first creating the listing:

You can move the map pin location using "general location" so it is offset from the  physical location. Click and drag the map pin where you want it. This only works when creating the listing. After the listing is created and you have a first guest, you cannot move the map pin, so be sure to do this when creating the listing. This should offset the location "bubbles" on the search results map. You can also try using general location, not exact location on the other other listing, but you won't be able to move the map pin. See if that makes any difference. Try both exact and general location on your original listing if it makes any difference. If using exact location, be sure to turn on the privacy feature slider to protect your address from being disclosed during the free cancellation period:

Multiple Listings

I would refer to the other listing in each description somewhere. Are you planning on offering the listings separately and as both if a guest wants to book both? You can sync the calendars and offer both listings or each separately. You would then have a "Parent" Listing (include both) and two separate "child" listings. Be sure to sync the calendars and turn on Pro Tools so you can view the listings in the multi calendar.
