I accepted a guest in my apartment, 2 weeks later I received a message on the mail that this booking was canceled because it is fraudulent on the part of the guest. I continue to host guests and have hosted before and the money was paid and everything was fine. I contacted support and they said they would look into the situation as I have a payment that is related to this guest (I requested money for damages) and it is not being sent to me either. The problem is that support is not responding to me, I don't know what to think what to do. Should I just wait?
