Airbnb threaten account closure following a “report”!

Having a long exchange of messages with support because they say they had a “report from me OR a guest that I was no longer able to host”! Asked to see the report numerous times because I didn’t send any such message, but they refuse as it might reveal who it was that sent it (which is the whole point, really - I need to know). I’ve asked to see the report with names redacted and still no response. Suspect their system was hacked and they do not want to admit it. Anyone else had similar issues?
