My name is Etienne, and I had a nightmare booking in October, my place was trashed (first time I rented my brand new house).
I have put a complaint is via Aircover. All the invoices, pictures, receipts of damage are there. It's over 3000€.
After a lot of phone calls and even more messaging, I receive a message that Aircover is going to pay me 79€.
I don't know why to do, I call every day now, but nothing's happening.
